  Well the food here is awesome. The problem is their customer service. It's bad. The last time I went, my wife didn't get her food until AFTER I was done eating mine. The waiter had made a mistake inputting the ticket. On top of that, we had 5 different waiters for some reason. I didn't know who to leave a tip for so I didn't leave one.
  
  Finally, if you can pay in cash, do it. I used my card there once without leaving a tip for the waiter. He didn't deserve one because his service was subpar. After I left, I noticed my card had been charged a couple dollars more than what the ticket said. The jerk had given himself a tip!! Another customer had the exact same complaint! I'll have to admit, the manager on duty was very friendly and helpful in getting my $3 refunded to me.
  
  Overall, great food..... Subpar service.

  The food is AMAZING! Attention fellow Cheese lovers! This restaurant is for you. The queso dip they serve will explode your taste buds. Trust me, you'll savor every chip. BUT……(of course there's always a big but) their service offers little hospitality. They constantly share inside jokes that make me feel a tad bit uncomfortable. They talk in their own language and all them start laughing. If it's so funny share it with every one. But overall, the only reason this is not a 5 star. Review is because of poor service and hospitality.
